Patrice obtained her real estate license on St. Thomas in 2003 and worked as a dual career agent until pursuing real estate full time with Keller Williams in Maryland in 2012. She returned to St. Thomas in 2015 and is a licensed Realtor in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
A print journalist by trade, Patrice has enjoyed a career that has enabled her to report, write, edit and collaborate on the design of award-winning marketing materials. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University and a master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia University.
A native New Yorker, Patrice considers St. Thomas home. She finds solace in her seaside home on the island’s northside.
