Katrin Braddell is a Real Estate Professional with RE/MAX USVI. Katrin who is originally from Germany moved to St. Thomas in 2013 after having lived in London for almost 10 years.

As a mother of two Virgin Island born children Katrin understands the importance of safe, convenient and quality Island living.
Having experienced hurricanes, power outages and other island challenges she makes it a priority to help you find what you need while providing you with local insights.
Her background in Hospitality Management for luxury hotels adds great organizational skills and cultural knowledge to her profession.
Katrin loves to help people. From 2016-2020 she worked for the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands and supported the non-profit by fundraising, managing hurricane relief projects & scholarships, organized events and much more.
In 2020 Katrin started her own business Healthy Vibes VI, LLC that focuses on healthy habits through balanced nutrition & movement and has helped many individuals & families achieve a better overall lifestyle.
