Jennell’s real estate career began with the island’s leading land surveying company in 2006. Here, she acquired knowledge of the U.S. and Danish mapping systems while working closely with the land surveyors, title companies, lenders, real estate attorneys, the Recorder of Deeds, and Cadastral offices. She has fostered personal and professional relationships with individuals in these entities, which guarantee an answer to any of her real estate related questions.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA), in International Management from Columbia Southern University. To give her clients the best service and continue her learning and development, Jennell holds multiple designations and certifications, including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). Her career also spans accounting and Human Resources. She is a Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) member and holds SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation.
Jennell enjoys giving back to the community as a member of Rotary Club of St. Croix West. She has served in multiple positions, including Club President, and led significant projects to improve our community. She currently serves as the Assistant Governor of USVI South (St. Croix). In this role, she serves as the connection between the four Rotary Club of St. Croix and Rotary District 7020 and assists clubs in running effectively. She stays involved with her brokerage’s training and continuing education programs to stay abreast of the real estate industry on behalf of her client.
